I'd have to say Ryan left an amazing impression on me for how professional people can be in this line of business. He really helped my family get through what we had to get done and never gave up on us when when I was losing hope.
He would talk 1 on 1 with me and help walk me through everything and would call to keep me updated and informed as well.
