Took a tremendous load off my shoulders and came out with a big win!! Everything about this attorney and his staff was above and beyond.

It took almost 2 years for Ron Marienfeld to process my case! I called around to other law firms and found out it should of been handled in months not years! If it wasn't for my father as the Personal Rep, I would of fired him! After 2 years our settlement was very disappointing to say the least! Marienfeld received $34,000 in fees. Quite a big chunk of change after splitting the settlement with my father! In almost 2 years I've had 3 long distance conversations with Marienfeld. Horrible communication, his secretary would make excuses for him. I never knew if he filed court papers or not. I was kept in limbo for 2 years until he finally reached a settlement out of court with my father. He should have had a court hearing a year ago, it would have been more successful. The last time I spoke with Ron on the telephone, he was unprofessional and disrespectful to me. Customers do not appreciate being talked down too! Maybe its because I'm a female! He did not like answering questions or taking the time out to call a customer. Finally, I asked his secretary to wire my funds and she refused. I live out of state being Christmas time, I asked for an overnight package. Nope he was too cheap to overnight my check through Fed Ex or UPS. (After he made $34,000 on my case!) He used snail mail instead a 4 day process during the weekend! I will be lucky to receive it before Christmas! What a nightmare! Do not use this law firm they really do not care about there customers!

Excellent representation. Trent made me feel like I was his only client (and that was not so). Courteous, professional, knowledgeable about the laws. He prepped me, and ably explained anything I did not understand. He researched anything he was unsure about. I can't imagine trusting any attorney more than I trust Trent. I highly recommend him.
