I recently was involved with a altercation/incident with a neighbor and found myself needing a good defense attorney. I had known Dennis Hurst from years past but was informed he was in northern Michigan so I was referred to his associate Ben Whiting. Ben is very personable and we got along well which I can;t stress enough is very important. After reviewing my case Ben assured me this was not the OJ Simpson trial and thought this could be handled quite easily. Things seemed to take a long time to get settled but I found out this was not Ben's fault but just the way the justice system works.I will always say Ben taught me patience and trust. I also found out it's not just what your attorney knows but also who he knows. Very important.Anyway all said Ben turned the case completely around and it was won in my favor. Need a good attorney call Ben Whiting!

This latest review is well overdue, but I have always had the best experience with Ben. He has helped me numerous times through the past few years, most recently last summer. He has always been someone I could go to in my toughest times, and I would not be where I am at today without him. He is very diligent in his work, and will give you "tough love" if you need it.
