Mr. Kirkpatrick was all talk and made me feel confident throughout the divorce process and was very sympathetic, but when it came down to it he folded and didn't get me anything I asked for and it ended up costing me more in my settlement with ex. We ended up going to mediation and I felt pressured by him to settle and not fight for anything "because it would be more expensive to pay him for his time then to just give it up" I ended up losing about $10K plus his legal fees to my ex. What a joke.

Great lawyer! Very fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend. I won’t have been able to resolve my issue without his help and determination.

Mr. Kirkpatrick is a wonderful attorney. He did exactly what he told me he thought he would be able to do. He was kind, considerate, and very straight forward. Faced with some serious charges we confided in a family member who worked at the court house. They provided us with 2 names of attorneys who were well respected and highly recommended. We choose Andrew Kirkpatrick to handle our case. Mr. Kirkpatrick was willing to meet with us on a Saturday afternoon. Our first impression was that he really knew his stuff. Not only is he now practicing law but he worked for the police department previously so he knew how the officers conducted business. Mr. Kirkpatrick was very honest, up front and didn't sugar coat what the minimum and maximum outcomes were that we could be facing. Mr. Kirkpatrick had our best interest at heart, he repeatedly provided us with reassurance that he would work hard to get the best possible outcome in this case. Whenever we had a question or just wanted to bounce our thoughts off on him, Mr. Kirkpatrick would respond to our e-mails within a few hours. In the courtroom he was very tough, matter of fact and knew just how to ask the right questions without it being known that he saw inconsistencies in the case. In the end we couldnt have hoped for a better outcome and it is all because we had the best attorney possible. We would highly recommend Mr. Kirkpatrick to family and friends and if we ever need legal advice again we will definitely use Mr. Kirkpatrick.

I met with Mr. Kirkpatrick and he told me that if I had any questions that I could call him. I called him and found communication with him to be difficult. Mr. Kirkpatrick tends to do more talking than listening. In addition Mr. Kirkpatrick assured me that during trial, all I would have to do is answer the judges questions and sign the final judgment document, but in the end he made attempts to convince the defendant on the day of the trial to seek compensation contrary to what he explained to me when we met and there was no misunderstanding on my part.

I Retained Mr.Kirkpatrick in 2016 for a felony contraband case.(Smuggaling of a cellphone in a prison) Mr.Kirkpatrick was very professional was very easy to get ahold of or returned phone calls or emails promptly. He understands the law very well and will do whatever that is possible to give you a positive outcome for your situation. He truely cares about every case and treats every client just as good as the others. I would never ever consider any other lawyer but him point blank period!!!! If your in need of a good lawyer I would suggest you get your money to him he does not play around and cares about the outcome of his clients. Hired this attorney for representing me in my divorce/ child custody case, I rarely heard from the guy for weeks I had to constantly hound him to get anything done, he stalls horribly for anything. I had to contact him 5+ times for a basic response. Endless emails with this guy asking the same questions because he's stalling. His personal life is far to busy for him to give any care about his actual clients. His incompetence is overwhelming, I had to point out to him multiple mistakes in my custody order Almost lost time with my son. Failed to properly order and is now being sued by me for malpractice and incompetence. This guy is a lousy lawyer do not hire him for anything you will regret it.

Andy was very reassuring initially, but then got me a sentence that was the same I could have gotten myself with no representation. He said there would be no jail term, I had to serve 4 days. He said no counseling, I now have to pay $46 a visit for months. Dont be fooled by his confidence.
