Mr. Kirkpatrick helped me through my divorce case. Even through COVID-19 he was always very responsive and helpful. He set a goal with me and did everything in his power to keep his word. I’m really glad I had him on my side and definitely recommend him..

I would highly recommend Andrew Kirkpatrick for bankruptcy or any other legal problems. He did great with our bankruptcy then helped our daughter with a legal issue. He answered all our questions and when he took our daughters case he let me know that he would take good care of her which he did.

Faced with some serious charges we confided in a family member who worked at the court house. We were provided with names of 2 local attorneys who were highly recommended and well respected. We choose Andrew Kirkpatrick to handle our case. Mr. Kirkpatrick was willing to meet with us that Saturday afternoon. Our first impression was that he really knew his stuff. Not only was he now practicing law but also previously worked in the police department so he knew exactly how the law enforcement officers will try and twist your words into getting you to confess to something you may not be guilty of doing because they make you second guess yourself. Mr. Kirkpatrick was very honest, up front and didn't sugar coat what the minimum and maximum outcomes were that we could be facing. Mr. Kirkpatrick had our best interest at heart, he repeatedly provided us with reassurance that he would work hard to get the best possible outcome in this case. Whenever we had questions or just wanted to bounce our thoughts off of him he would respond to our e-mails within a few hours, we never felt like we were a burden to him. He was always willing to answer our questions. In the courtroom he was very tough, confident and matter of fact. He knew exactly how to ask the questions the right way as he saw inconsistencies in the case. In the end we couldn't have hoped for a better outcome and it was because we had the best possible attorney representing us. We would definitely recommend Mr. Kirkpatrick to family, friends or anyone else who is facing charges. Thank you so much for giving us the best Christmas present ever.

Michael Dungan did not know me and yet when a friend recommended Mr. Dungan because he had done such a great job for her daughter he not only took my call but when I told him I was only going to be in the state of Michigan for another 24 hours he instructed me on what I needed to do while I was there and set up an appointment to come in and see him for later that day to take care of something that had been bothering me for more than 35 years. Not only did he get the issue cleared for me but it was done faster than I thought possible. My only regret is that he does not practice law in the state of Florida because he would definitely be my attorney here.

Mike did an excellent job regarding my legal matter. I never had to set foot in a courtroom. He is very straightforward and professional in his practice, and I highly recommend using his services.

This is one the worst public defense attorneys I have ever had. Lets put it this way. I was in jail for a few months, wrote him letter never heard back from him. I heard about other people in jail writing him and him never responding. I hear about everybody having such good outcomes from having him. Not me. Maybe its just me in life. But it seems to me he’s screwing me. I hope my next court date with him goes well. But by the time is for that ill probably have a better paid lawyer. And he’s a court appointed attorney probably why im getting screwed so bad by him. Lets just leave it this way I sat in jail for allmost half a year. And just now 5 months later going to my pretrial court date. I got my ssi check and today purchasing a better lawyer. Why me
