I am a landed and needed eviction services and Oliver Howell with Lake, Parfet & Schau, PLC has been excellent. He was very prompt and professional. He prepared the Demand for Possession, the Complaint and even went to court for me. I did not have to show up. He handled everything. He has done this on more than one occasion and I have been very happy with his services, and continue to hire him to this day.

Oliver was great to work with for my LLC setup. I'm glad I used him instead of Legal Zoom.

We hired Ross Chapman to file a lawsuit that he said was a legitimate case, so we paid $10,000 to file, after months went by thinking we had already filed the lawsuit no lawsuit was ever filed, the money is gone now..he ended up going for short term disability, we got 9500, we would of never pursued this, we paid for a lawsuit, after all this we said forget it and gave up,, then he wanted another $340, we are very upset and we are not paying the $340, I think 10,000 for nothing was plenty. I would not recommend this firm for anything. If we filed and it didn't work out that would of been fine, but not to get we paid for and what he said was just not right.
