If I were able to give 6 stars to this office, I sure would, as the results of my experience with Steve Rayman, Attorney, Jo Heath, Paralegal and the office staff! My experience was one of the most positive experiences, for something I never thought I would have to go through in my life. Steve has one of the most comforting personalities, sense of humor, and most of all I was so impressed with his knowledge of the Bankruptcy Law. You never have to worry about being short changed on hiring this Team. I would personally have and would recommend this firm that finds themselves in this situation.

Cody and Jo made my experience less painful, and they helped me out of a very dark place in my life. Steve Rayman and his terrific staff have not only helped my wife and I through very difficult times but has also provided guidance in the years since. Steve Rayman and his entire team were fantastic! Ken and I first met Steve at his office 3 years ago. His patience, humor and true concern about his clients was something that I truly never expected from an attorney or a firm. When we walked in we felt as though our situation was doomed. Steve listened and as I continued to want to do something different than what he said; he had his partner Cody walk through it with us as well. He never said "I told you so" or looked at only one option...we explored many to find a solution. He believed in Ken and I. His support and guidance even on matters not related to our original request has never waivered. I know that Ken and I not only respect Steve and his team; but consider them friends.

Steve Rayman is an exceptional lawyer. He represented me in a loan dispute , and delivered successfully , what he promised. He came all the way to Chicago ,for our first meeting , and continued to give me the feeling that I was special , throughout his engagement . I would say he has many strong skills . He is creative and able to think of reasonable solutions that are not extremely costly . He is logical and able to earn trust . He has perseverance , is patient , and has a calming influence. He communicates well ,as does his staff. He bills fairly, and is excellent at strategy . He loves jokes, and enjoys a healthy sense of humor His persuasive skills ,resulted in a very satisfactory outcome for me . He earned my respect and my highest recommendation -- a ten plus .

When I walked in the door for my first meeting, I was nervous and depressed. I was to meet with Cody Knight and get the ball rolling. As I was walking back to the room for the meeting I walked past Steve Rayman's office. He look at me and said without missing a beat. Why are you here? We're not very good! That made me laugh and I knew right then, if you can make me laugh, I am in the right place. :-) From then on everyone who I met, Cody Knight, Jo Heath, and Jacque Wilcox, were great to work with! I have dealt with a couple lawyers in my life but they treated me with distain. Not these guys, always with dignity and a light hearted tone. Very happy that I went with this team.
