On two occasions in the month of December 2022 I've contacted this law firm for help regarding a landlord / tenant issue i was told twice someone would reach out to me, as if 12/31/2022 no one has. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! Minus 10 stars!!

I completed their online contact us form for a potential new case on November 18th. 10 days later no reply from anyone..... A simple email to let me know if they can or can't schedule a consultation would've been appreciated. Not a good first impression. ***Update 3/8/23 The attorney themselves called me and personally apologized. He was very professional during our call. Thank you for reaching out to me!

This law firm is AMAZING! I was distraught after I found my business partner was embezzling. I was so upset and called many law firms but all seemed the SAME, so I was uncertain. I was looking for that SPARKE that made me know... THIS IS THE LAW FIRM THAT CAN DO IT! So, one day I got in my car and decided I was going to various law firms I have already called... or so I thought. I thought I contacted Willis Law about my case already, yet I did not. I ended up in their greeting area with a very confused receptionist. The receptionist was so kind and decided to... try to help... and before I knew it I was speaking to one of Willis' partners, Donald Smith. Donald was extremely perceptive and asked very detailed questions after he heard my case out. This made me KNOW he actually was HEARING my case and processing if the law firm could help. Shortly thereafter he recommended Samuel Gilbertson, who he stated was on of the BEST. Plus Donald noted that Sam is not afraid to go up against HARD CHANRGING and even unethical lawyers as that is what I was dealing with too. This is NOT THE NORM FOR A LAWYER I ASSURE YOU. Many claim this yet is NOT THE CASE! I did wonder if this claim would be accurate yet after several court hearings I can honestly say... IT IS A VERY FAIR STATMENT! Sam, is a a FIGHTER for his clients and he DOES NOT CARE who he is going against! He is the only lawyer I have EVER FOUND LIKE THIS! HONESLTY LIKE THIS! Anyway, it was only short time later Donald introduced me to Sam and within 15 minutes he decided to take my case... and I KNEW this was the guy... Sam, helped me despite his schedule already booked back to back with cases. Sam, is a young lawyer yet is one of the smartest, most preceptive, hard charging, kind and ambitious lawyers I have ever met! My husband and I are business owners plus have had custody issues, so we are vey familiar with lawyers, court and how the process works and how most lawyers conduct business. Sam, goes well above and beyond to accomplish what you are looking to do! He is exceptional and his staff too! I just love his assistant, Kay Davidson! All are hard workers and very knowledgeable at their jobs. DO NOT get antsy if you are not babysat by this law firm... They KNOW what they are doing and they do it wisely. You do not need to call them 24/7 or get an updated email daily to KNOW they are on top of your case! It is like setting it and forgetting about it. And seriously if you must check in all the time and or call for updates... that isn't the right lawyer or law firm. Beyond that the cost is far less in the long run, and the stress far less. You can get on with your life as you let them deal with your legal issue(s) and they alter you when they need you and or when court is. Of course, you can contact them with questions and updates yet it is far less with this law firm because everyone is on point. Or so it has been my experience anyway. My case is VERY HARD with MANY details spanning several years. Sam has looked at all my evidence and properly honed in on the key points to make my case easier for the courts to see and understand, which was an extremely difficult task. Sam, kay and Donald really LISTEN and care to HELP! Sam has taken my information, feedback and incorporated it into our evidence and approach. He is very open minded and is willing to bend to find a way to please you to possibly obtain your goals, all the while, keeping you grounded in realistic expectations. It is court and the law, after all. lol I will NOT deny that this law firm and Sam is expensive yet they are because they are GOOD, hence their stellar reputation. Expensive or not, due to how efficiently they operate the cost ends up being the same if not less than the cheaper lawyers. SAM IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! All at this firm are very professional, kind, helpful and prompt with information. They seek justice and do care, which I find extremely rare. I am happy fate made my destiny this law firm because

The man who answered was friendly & professional. Google brought their name up for landlord/tenant matters but they do not handle that type of case
