After being unceremoniously let go by my previous employer I had some legal questions. I filled out the online form in the evening and by the following morning I received a personal phone call from Mark. His mannerisms were very professional but with an empathetic tone. After asking some key questions; he requested some more information to be sent over. A couple days later after reviewing my case files he called up with his conclusion. In a tactful and to the point conversation he assured me that I indeed got hosed but legally I should walk away because we would lose. That’s what I needed to find out. He elaborated of course and I really appreciated his honesty. His expert advice allowed me to move forward and hold my head high vs heading into a court room where the outcome would not be in my favor. I highly recommend his office.
