Rachel was nothing more then extraordinary. Absolutely amazing at what she does. She takes her career very seriously. She works hard with her clients. She is dedicated and understanding. She listened to everything I had to say. She is completely honest and straight forward. I would have not want anyone else to handle my case. She exceeded my expectations. She is very loyal, trustworthy. And puts what is best for the kids and there safety first.

I hired Attorney Gruetzner to help us with a very complicated divorce and custody battle. Rachel had my back when i didnt know up from down. She listened to my heart and my concerns. She spoke to my adult son while being careful not to bad mouth either parent. She went to bat for me when i needed her most. She was very thorough in making sure i understood what i needed to know. She walked me through all the steps one by one making sure not to leave me in the dark. Kathy was just as fabulous. Rachel was recommended to me by a friend who is a prominent criminal defense attorney. She was extremely helpful in resolving a family matter. Although Mr. Tibble was involved in "questionable" real estate law for many years, but states he handles criminal matters, etc., he has for many years had a large "free" listing in the local Comstock monthly newsletters, stating that he is at the Township Hall every week for a free consultation. I having owned a self-help legal clinic in Comstock for over forty years, have had many people advise that he is not, in fact, ever at the Township and upon contacting the office and inquiring about this (I would likewise enjoy having a "free ad for my business) I was told that you must make an appointment and go to his office! I called Mr. Tibble's office and he recognized my void and immediately hung up on me. I have a file that never leaves the top spot in my file cabinet and that was a case wherein a refined elderly lady was literally stripped of everything she owned by home providers (Google the name Minette Winkel). She had a household full of fantastic antiques (probably valued in excess of $25,000, a home, etc. and ended up being buried in a cardboard box with only her Victim Advocate and myself there to assist in carrying the box. I had learned of this horrible tragedy in time to try to salvage her home while she was at the nursing home, the only key to the home. She told me that Mr. Tibble and a lady by the name of Vicky Andrews had been in contact with her and, in fact, after she passed, I went there to continue to clean it up to sell and there was a "For Sale" sign in the front yard. I immediately called the number and spoke with Ms. Andrews and she said she would remove it. When Minette passed the nursing facility called me (the only person that had any interest in Minette). It was in the middle of the night and the only thing I wanted was jewelry I had given her. I went the next morning and all her wonderful pieces were gone and the room was ready for a new patient! Appalling. I contacted Ms. Andrews a few days later about the house and she said she had given Minette $15,000 for the house. I knew every penny that she had in her safe in her room. So sad! Mr. Tibble was involved in the transaction, as was his major field of "expertise", to be polite. Now, I see, he is involved in many real estate matters with Comstock residents, especially one of the Township Board Members.......wondered how he acquired several properties in the last few years!!!! I am sure several members of the Township, receive his free legal advice. Typical corruption.....tells me a lot when I see he graduated from Cooley Law School, where a ten-year old could graduate in the top of the class and is rated the "Worst" law school in the United States. So, no "free" ad for me but at least I sleep well at night.
