I had a couple of (potentially significant) issues with the sale of my home in Michigan. I worked with Rick Linnell who was very responsive, and was supremely efficacious at getting the other party to agree to our terms. His style was professional and friendly, but very firm. We got the deal done without these legal matters delaying the transaction. Their fees were reasonable and I can't imagine how I could have been better represented. I highly recommend Rick and his team for any real estate matter. Thank you, Rick!
