Bunni is incredible! She really put in a lot of hard work to help out my client with some probate issues to clear the title on her home to be able to close on the home I was selling for her on time. Without her tireless effort reaching out to the court and continued responsiveness to myself, my client and her ability to reassure us and the buyer’s agent that she had everything under control I don’t think this transaction would have closed successfully and my client is over the moon and so happy with the service she received from my team and that is only possible due to Bunni’s efforts so I don’t want my team and I to be able to take all of the credit. With my probate emergency, Bunni was responsive and clearly communicated the process, the paperwork needed, and what would be accomplished.
