I am the project administrator for a Michigan real estate company that has over 300 commercial and residential properties. Two years ago I was shocked to find out that a rental property I owned outright was listed in an upcoming auction, after a sheriffs sale. A friend recommended I contact Rick at Linnell & Associates. They promptly assessed the situation and gave me an accurate prognosis, but importantly didn't assure that the whole thing would be resolved quickly. David Applebaum did a fantastic job as my attorney throughout the 2 year process, providing me the brief status updates on a timely basis, and proactively recommending ending mediation when it was clear that the bank had no intention of being reasonable. In the end, we won the case, with the judge awarding full damages in my favor.
