I fell into a complicated situation with my ex and a property we owned together including my ex having surprise liens on the home. Rick was an expert in not only negotiating, real estate law including liens but also maneuvered around the changing complexity of my legal issue in a way that gave me comfort during a stressful time. I've already recommended Rick to my friends. I originally was looking for legal assistance from a team that worked extended hours to accommodate my work schedule but I ended up getting that and what I really needed... truly the best.

Rick helped us out with finishing closing on our house. Seller back out at last minute, and he was able to get us to the closing table! Highly recommend him!!

I e-mailed Mr. Linnell on a Sunday afternoon regarding a problem I have and to my surprise I received a call from him within an hour!! He was extremely calming as my issue had me very stressed out. He explained the law as it pertains to my situation and advised me of my options!! I've had dealings with many attorneys in the past and I am amazed that this attorney would make a call on Sunday afternoon let alone within an hour of contacting him. Most attorneys take days to return a call... Additionally, Mr Linnell teaches real estate continuing education classes which means he is always up to date on any new laws or changes. rude and unprofessional

I was referred to Linnell and Associates by someone I felt was reputable so I called and left a message. Followed up a couple of days later when I hadn't heard back from them. The receptionist I spoke with said that one of the attorneys had just gotten back in from an appointment and I was on their list to respond to that afternoon. No one called. I then received a call from the company that referred me, told them I hadn't gotten a call back to which they replied they would contact Linnell & Associates office and have them get in touch with me That was over a week ago (more than 2 weeks since the initial call) and I have yet to get a response. I understand that they may be busy but a call to touch base and either let me know that it'll take a little longer than normal to schedule a consult or that they can't take the case would have been nice. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
