I called Michael Horowitz for a timely legal matter. He spoke to me on the phone and said he would take my case, needed $6000.00. I called him the next day after he said he would send me a retainer and needed to get working right away on my case. I never received an email, he never did any work. The following day I called letting him know I had his money in full and wanted to schedule a time to meet with him. He told me he wasn't taking my case after he said he was because I called too much ( 3 ) times, trying to make sure he had my correct email address so I could pay him and meet with him. He makes promises he can't back up. Obviously just looking for the big money cases. I would stay away from this guy. The stereotypical attorney who spends money online overstating his abilities but doesn't produce. Watch out for this ambulance chaser. Read his snap reply in YELP to me.
