My experience with Lise was excellent. I hired her to handle my divorce case. I was very comfortable throughout this process. Lise was a calming and confident presence during a very difficult time. Ms. Spresser did a great job handling my situation, which was unfortunately a complicated UCCJEA/ custody matter between myself in Michigan and my ex-spouse in another state. She is an excellent lawyer to have at your side in the courtroom and will represent your interests in an ethical manner. I also appreciated Lise's positive attitude on life and sense of humor. These were nice characteristics to have in an attorney during a difficult period of my life. Although the matter took about 2 years to resolve, Ms. Spresser did a great job navigating me through the process. We attempted mediation and we were able to agree a reasonable short term parenting agreement that greatly increased the time I could be with my son. She was diligent in her preparation for the UCCJEA evidentiary hearing and the later divorce hearing. Throughout the divorce and proceedings, my legal team did their best to represent me and push for the most ideal outcome The results of the hearing and divorce were very positive from a custody standpoint. I appreciate Ms. Spresser's efforts and support throughout the process.
