I would recommend The Law Office of Ross L. Wilber to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and experienced litigator or business lawyer to help guide them through their legal issues. Ross Wilber makes each of his clients a priority and always gives them the dedication and attention they deserve. Ross's retainer and hourly charge was in line with, or better than, other attorneys I researched. I felt that Ross paid attention to my needs and tried to make the best out of a bad divorce situation that contained many complexities into which he was thrown headfirst (he was not the original divorce attorney, but attorney for an FOC case). Ross returned calls, produced the correct paperwork after researching the case in a timely manner, and gave the case the attention it needed without unnecessary charges or time spent. He doesn't gouge for extra money. Ross was also amenable to payments and has kept that option open to me for any future issues although that may be a case by case decision for him. My only critique would be that if you have a very complex case that needs very fine attention to minute details and strategy then you may need a specialist over Ross. That isn't a knock on Ross, just a comment that probably is true of any general services attorney. Otherwise, I think Ross is a more than adequate attorney for most clients' needs.

Ross kept me grounded while he dealt with a major failure of a seawall built by a landscaper within 2 months of installation. He advised me on how to deal with the contractor, get the repair work done to my satisfaction, and get reimbursed at a very reasonable fee.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Ross on our estate plan. He was very patient with us and took the time necessary to ensure we understood the meaning of all the forms and paperwork. We will defensively use Ross for any future legal needs.

Ross was amazing and there for me every step of the way. Dying is not something you like to think about, but when you have kids it something you must think about. Getting life insurance was simple, creating a will was scary. Mr. Wilbur was amazing. He walked us through each step and gave us plenty of time to make decisions. Our will is completely tailored to us and our situation. The best thing is we are able to make changes with a simple phone call. I recommend if you have life insurance you get a will, and have Ross Wilbur help you with it.
