I see a lot of great reviews but unfortunately I did not have the same experience. This is for a custody case, the initial meeting went well and I had the confidence to hire this firm. However, during the case, I didn’t not receive the attention and support I needed, the charges were $200 per e-mail exchange. I had a meeting with the FOC and i received no prep and advice and I only knew from my sons mom. Her lawyer was even on the call with her. I sent a formal message expressing how I felt about the service and I got 1 phone call and there was not even an apology, I probably got charged for the email and the call. I’m glad this firm was able to help many people but I ended up wasting my money and time. Also I sent some updates to the firm regarding address changes and it was never followed up and the mother used that against me saying I intentionally tried to have her default on the case. I feel pretty stupid myself for not being more demanding or standing up for my self, remember folks, you’re paying, you should get the service you deserve. That’s the only thing I regret and something I learned from this experience.

I had some custody modification issues and needed a consultation. Nicola was prompt to assist me and got me in the next day. It was on the phone so it was extremely convenient.

I hired this firm to handle custody issues. They did not respond to legal documents submitted, charged me for 2 word responses that did not answer the questions I asked. Did not address any of my concerns or issues. I ended up having to change firms in the middle of my case because my lawyer was doing nothing! Now they are trying to charge me more. Horrible service and I would not recommend them for any legal services.

Brigette Booser was amazing to my siblings and I! She kept us updated, was respectful and went out of her way to meet our needs. She advocated for us and made us feel supported. Her compassion and attentiveness helped us get through a very tough time. We are so grateful!
