Found Brian by pure curiosity while surfing the internet on bark.com, Brian reach out to me after the site matched us and I did explain my situation and what my plans were. I believe we setup an initial appointment in his office to go over what the process of immigration looks like. After deciding to hire him, he got me with a list of things I’d need to provide him with in order to start the process. Once I gather all the needed documentation, he made sure to get the documents filled before the fees were increased (very nice guy). The whole process while long by nature was the smoothest I could ever ask for. I believe Brian has found himself a perfect formula because the process is so precise that I didn’t even get any RFE. I would definitely recommend Brian to any and Everyone who need similar services because I know that HE CARES and knows what he’s doing especially because he’s been doing these for decades. My husband and I had a good experience with Brian and his paralegal, Nikki, for the K-1 visa process and the green card process. It's a long process, so I would highly recommend hiring an attorney for this kind of thing. If you're in or around the Lansing area, ask Brian for help! We will be calling him back when it comes time for applying for citizenship ship!

Great advice

My husband and I hired Brian to file for a marriage green card. Brian and Nikki (his paralegal assistant) are very friendly, and always answered quickly all of our questions. Brian gave us clear instructions and a list of documents to provide for our application and interview. Covid made this journey longer and more stressful than it should have been, but Brian and Nikki made sure everything was completed and submitted to the USCIS before the lockdown! Brian came with us for our interview and made sure we were ready and not stressed out. We followed his recommendations from start to end of this whole process, and everything went smoothly! We definitely recommend Brian and will be working with him again to remove the 2-year probation on my green card, and for citizenship in a few years from now.

I wrote one star because there's no less,.when I went to him in the first time he was acting like a good attorney and so excited about the case, but after he took the money he didn’t do anything to help me. I lost my case because he is so lazy. Sal is untrustworthy person .Please don’t wast your money .
