Justine Bahrie is an excellent lawyer. He worked very diligently and thoroughly on my SSDI case. It was grueling and time consuming, but he never gave up or let me down. The entire office staff is amazing and so very friendly and helpful.

Mr. Bahrie was recommended to us by our son's therapist to help him apply for social security benefits due to his disabling illness. He and his staff were very knowledgable and helpful in guiding him through the process and making the strongest case possible, and were always available by phone as questions arose. Within 9 months of hiring Mr. Bahrie our son received his first check from social security.

Where do I start, Justin Bahrie and Nick Kipp are the absolute best. Justin got my SSD approved on our first visit in front of the Judge. He was so prepared and professional. Another person was waiting to go in front of the Judge for their SSD hearing with their Attorney from a bigger law firm and I could overhear the Attorney asking her questions he should have already known, she was just one of many clients. I felt so positive because Justin knew everything about me before we went in front of the Judge. Justin and Nick also represented me in my Workman comp. case. and I cannot thank them enough. Nick was also very professional and diligent in representing me. He helped me through this very difficult process. Justin and Nick are the absolute best and they care about their clients. Justin Bahrie gave up on me when I needed him most. The Judge denied my Disability at the Hearing level. Justin Bahrie dropped my case without even calling me; he sent a letter saying he did not believe going forward with an appeal would be favorable, but the letter did not say he dropped my case. I called him ready to ask questions about an appeal and get my lawyer's advice. I just had a big diagnosis that the judge did not consider, I thought an appeal was a sure thing. Turns out Justin had already completely decided he was not going to help me with my appeal and he had no advice other than he did not think I could win an appeal. Basically he is a coward, and too scared to stand up for a client to a Judge he has favor with; which is exactly what a good lawyer should do for a client. I did everything this man asked from day 1, including getting his medical questionnaires filled out by 2 different specialists... the questionnaires he said if your doctor fills out you are almost guaranteed to win! Well, I fought my doctor for 2 months to get those forms filled out for him and I definitely did not win. He only met me once in person and the second time I was supposed to meet him he did not even show up and his secretary had to do everything, when I really needed to talk to my lawyer. He doubted me on everything and fought me instead of working on my side. In fact, I did all the work, I'm not sure he did anything but show up at my hearing and he barely said a word to the Judge... I should have just went alone, I probably would have had better luck and could have argued my case the way I know it was instead of being told to try to win it his way, when he was very uninvested in my case from day 1. I had already had 1 terrible lawyer, so I went into Bahrie Law thinking it was a place that actually advocated for its clients and the people actually did the work you were there seeking help for.... I was mistaken. Choose a Lawyer who will fight for you from the beginning because you are a Human Being in need of help; don't choose a lawyer who will only take your case if it's an easy win, or in my case not an easy win ( and he did tell me that from the beginning) but did not want to do the work fighting for anyone but his self and his image. Don't choose Bahrie Law! You won't have a lawyer you can count on and when you need him the most he will bail, leaving you with no answers and to fight on your own. -Kyle K.
