My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. I have raced competitively as a cyclist between 35 and 75 times a year over the last five years. My accident occurred as I was nearing the end of a training ride on a very beautiful morning. I was riding around a business park area that had some beautiful open land areas surrounding it. Vehicular traffic was very low and I had already seen quite a bit of wildlife as well as a few deer right next to the road that seemed to pay no mind to me riding past them. As I was nearing the end of my ride, I encountered a car in the oncoming lane. When it made a left turn in front of me I had very little time to try and react. The right front fender collided with me and my bike and my body completely crushed the front windshield of the car. My resulting injuries left me unable to walk at all for six weeks. Fortunately, I was able to recover and have been able to resume cycling and racing again. I learned of Bryan and his work with cyclists while attending several bike races that he supported. In my over 25 years as a police officer I have had many interactions with attorneys. Unfortunately for their clients, many attorneys seem to just go through the motions and spend very little actual time working on their client’s case. Not Bryan Waldman. Bryan not only worked with the at fault driver’s insurance company to reach a fair settlement, he helped me work with my insurance company and the hospital that treated me so that nothing was missed.
