I was involved in a case that ended recently and I can say without a doubt that the only reason things ended in the favorable manner that they did was due to Bryan and the work he did. Moreover, while he was incredibly thorough with everything that pertained to the case itself, as a young man myself, he provided guidance in a way that at the time I was struggling to find from elsewhere. This man is someone I pray I am fortunate enough to be able to keep in my life for as long as possible. Bryan handled my case when I was hit by a drunk driver while riding my bicycle. I was involved in a motorcycle vs. car accident in June of 2012 in which I was severely injured. With my body badly broken I knew I would not be returning to work any time soon. I had been fighting an insurance company after being hit by a car while riding my bike for two years when I came to Bryan. I was about to move to Seattle in a couple of weeks, and I was basically going to him as a last ditch attempt to get something out of my case. Bryan responded rapidly, getting a top-notch photographer to document my injuries, acquired all my hospital records and sent me off to Seattle with a promise to take care of everything. He delivered, keeping me informed through every step of the process and always providing full explanations for his actions and those of the insurance company, as well as providing me with a variety of options. I had gotten into a motorcycle accident in August 2012 and I was referred to Bryan because he works with many motorcycle/car accidents. I only had liability on my motorcycle so I wasn't expecting any money from my insurance company. On the other hand, it was deemed the fault of the taxi driver that it me (luckily there was a traffic cop at the location of the accident). However, a few months later, I found out that the taxi driver's insurance company had gone bankrupt. At this point, I had lost hope for the cost of the motorcycle and my injuries. Bryan went out of the way to find a Illinois Guarantee Fund that helps in these cases specifically and said that there still may be a way for me to get some reimbursement. He then filed for an uninsured motorist coverage claim for my insurance company and received the maximum amount. After that, he we to the Illinois Guarantee Fund and received even more money. And to finish it off, he came to an agreement with my health insurance provider so they would not take any of the money received from the other two sources. Because of Bryan, I believe that I received the appropriate amount of compensation for my injuries and the cost of my motorcycle. Thanks again Bryan!!

Bryan Waldman was a huge asset to me after a motorcycle/automobile accident. I want to first say that I fully endorse Bryan as a lawyer and a caring gentleman. His legal knowledge and abilities are top-shelf and he is an authentic and personable man who took the time to know me and my family. I would not hesitate to work with him in the future. Bryan represented me in a personal injury case. I was significantly injured when the vehicle I rode in was broadsided by a driver who ran a stop sign. The impact was directly on the passenger-side door where I was seated. I came to his firm because of a recommendation from a friend and sought legal help because the complexity of the case was well beyond my abilities to represent myself. Bryan interviewed me thoroughly and professionally, explaining that he does not take frivolous cases. After a careful review of the facts, he accepted the case. (His team at the firm included lawyer Dan Moraniec.) Several attempts were made to settle directly with the insurer and evaluated by Bryan based on research he did to estimate a fair value based on similar cases. The insurance company's offers were well below and Bryan advised me to reject them. The case then went to an independent review panel and the insurance company rejected that figure as excessive. At that point, Bryan met with me to discuss the situation and the risk/reward scenario of a law suit. I was never pressured by him to choose one way or another, and he truly encouraged me to do what I believed to be the best thing for my family. After considering the possible outcomes, I chose a law suit as the best approach; I felt our team had done its best to settle the case fairly out of court. Bryan was efficient in all the required filings and pretrial processing. This is a much more extensive undertaking than I realized and takes a lot of work. He did it right the first time! Before the trial, Bryan met with me (on a weekend) to prepare me for the trial. I had never brought a law suit to court and I was nervous. He explained what he would do, what the defense would do and how I would be involved. I was still nervous, but I felt much more confident. At trial, Bryan has a terrific presence, very confident and assured. Over two days, he called the witnesses that he felt would be right for the case and combined that with the medical evidence to show the effect my injuries have had on my life. Bryan sticks to the facts of the case with a intensity. The summary to the jury was masterful in my opinion. He tied the evidence and to the Michigan law, reasoned and direct. Significantly, he called out objections to the defense when that team incorrectly cited statute. What I saw was a truly impressive display of professional knowledge and conduct by a seasoned professional. The jury decided in our favor and the amount was much greater than any of the previous out of court amounts. Bryan obtained final payment in a matter of weeks, well within an acceptable time. He showed me a detailed accounting of all case expenses and his firm's share and I did not have even the smallest doubt of its integrity. I am thankful to this day for the service Bryan gave me and my family and I recommend him for personal injury matters. Thank You Bryan!
