What a joke!!!! This Law firm has been giving me the runaround for weeks what a waste of my valuable time.Look elsewhere if you value your legal representation these guys obviously don't have time for new clients or value them

My experience with Coontz Law was a great one! Of course no one really wants to have to go to court or get a lawyer but if you find yourself in a tough bind this is definitely the law firm you want to call if you live in the Lansing area. From even the initial contact where I spoke with the office staff I had a good feeling. I had made several other phone calls that day, many of which were very short, way out of my price range and where I was left with a feeling of confusion. Prior to even talking with Dustyn Coontz on the phone I have to compliment the office staff. From the first initial contact they were incredibly personable, kind, straight forward, and professional. They also moved fast...what they said they were going to do they did either while on the phone or right after. I always felt in the loop, Throughout the case they took all my questions and even had a direct text line for convenience which for a person wuth two busy young boys running around the house worked great for me! They were timely with their responses in that I usally heard back within a few hours and if it was going to be longer they always let me know. This left me feeling in the loop and eased the anxiety as i always knew what to expect or what was coming. Even after the case ended they have checked in with me regarding questions etc. They also have late hours so if you need something and it doesnt fit into the standard 9-5pm schedule you will still get a response. In terms of Dustyn Coontz my lawyer throughout the case. I could not ask for the a better lawyer. He truly cares about his clients and you can tell he takes his time and puts all his efforts into each of his cases. From the initial consultation, he did not rush the facts. He took the time to find out about me and get to know me. He was very straight forward and laid out all possibilites of the case. He also created documentation of the case in terms of paper work so that I was always in the loop, for example documents submitted to the court, police reports, video footage etc. He also touched base throughout the case with phone calls to let me know what to expect and what all scenarios could be. He was very striaght forward and honest. He filled me in on his plan throughout the whole case. I was put in a very difficult and scary situation that could have significantly impacted my life and career. Dustyn explained all details and continuously kept me informed helping ease my anxiety. I would reccomend Dustyn to anyone that finds themselves in a bind. He will put forth his full effort, time and energy into your individual case to get you the best possible outcome! He truly cares about his clients and it shows. He was able to get my case dropped with nothing on the record!! I am truly appreciative of his efforts and would reccomend him to anyone! He knows his stuff (court cases, laws hes got them down!) He is extremely passionate about what he does and it shows! I would reccomend Coontz Law to anyone!!

Hands down been a Excellent Lawyer from the day I wheelchaired into his office. Never judged never looked down on my story instead gave me hope that the outcome would be better by fighting and not giving in. A lawyer thats Willing to fight for you to the end is ONE you WANT and NEED on your Team!!! I would recommend and also rate 5 Stars! I appreciate all youve done so far in my case.

When faced with a legal dilemma that my husband and I both felt was wrongfully charged, Coontz Law came through for us and got us the desired result - a full dismissal!! I called 3 other area law firms prior to speaking with Charlotte and Ashtyn at Coontz Law. Every other lawyer listened to the story, but had the same response “a plea deal will be the easiest and correct option”. They didn’t listen to what us, the clients, wanted as an outcome, or our feelings of this being wrongfully charged. Coontz Law LISTENED!
