It has been a pleasure working with Dustyn over the past year and I cannot praise him enough being there by my side every step of the way in my case. I don’t know where to begin! Dustyn took my case back in April of 2021, I was charged with felony possession and 2nd owi in Clinton county. Today I was sentenced to one day in jail with no probation.. I have a lengthy history with the law, And by no means was this an easy win. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was handled with care and timely response to services. I was in contact with the team till sometimes 10pm.. they welcomed me in, listened to me, and stuck by my side giving absolutely no room for error on either end. This is the worst law firm I have ever seen. You would be better off with a court appointed lawyer. Lawyer did not even show up for sentencing. They do not like to do any work to help you with your case. They also give you bad advice. Please please do yourself a favor and find another law firm or go with court appointed one before you waste your money .

Like most people I've had my ups and downs in life years ago I got in trouble when I was battling an addiction and a mental illness which was almost 20 years ago recently I got mixed up in a bad car sale deal and was facing two felonies that I had no clue about or not even knowing what to do the day I found out that I had a warrant for my arrest I contacted koosah within 24 hours I was on a personal recognizance Bond and they were working on my case Within a short amount of time Charlotte had the prosecutor running and the charges were dismissed they were very professional and very caring I'm not the most easy person to deal with because I have a mental illness but I was handled with great care and always a professional manner from the moment the phone rang and Josh picks up and tells you Koontz law you know you're going to be okay I recommend this Law Firm to anybody that has any legal troubles Charlotte and Dustin saved my life literally all the courts saw was my old past they didn't even try to look at who I was today or the 20 years of progress that I have made but Charlotte and Dustin did and they fought hard for me and they are still fighting for me I know I picked the right law firm and I know that if I would have picked any other law firm My outcome wouldn't have been as wonderful

They did a great job taken care of the case the court was moving slow so was a long time to get it done but once it got going they took care everything for me except things that I had to fill out
