Called To set up appointment, and they never called back,not very professional in my opinion.

I, unfortunately, had the pleasure of employing the Kronzek firm twice now over custody disputes with my ex. The first time, I was represented by Stephanie Service, who has since left to work for the government, I believe. The second time, I was represented by Kyle Debruycker. They were both excellent and I credit them for a huge reason for my great outcomes. One thing I loved about this firm was not only how knowledgably and skilled their attorneys where but how they represented themselves and me. While the opposing counsel had no issue trying to bend the truth to try and get their client to win, they never tried to stoop to a dirty level. This showed in court as it helped further show that the facts were on our side. They were very knowledgably about the court proceedings which showed in contrast to the opposing council. I’d recommend them to anyone who is going through a custody case. Not only would I, but I have. They have a great team and they have my thanks for the amazing work that they did.

Very friendly staff and very informative on the process I was there for. Made me feel very welcome and would recommend them to others for their attorney needs !

This is a very money hungry firm. You will not talk to your actual attorney it will be threw a chain of people, they bill for each person even when asked just to talk to my attorney they refused. Because they can’t bill out enough money with direct conversations.

Did a great job with my divorce!

This was a horrible firm to deal with. I would never recommend Chuck Kronzek or Brandy Thompson. They did not file documents when they were supposed. They talked to me over a month writing up the document...then served it on the other side. Afterwards of writing they came me a date for the motion and everything. Excuses came after this saying it was strategy. Well it was never a strategy i agreed upon or ever heard of until the day before the supposed court date. Of course then they tried to bill me for it. This firm cost my family hurt and money and they owe us money, yet they think it is the other way around. I have filed paperwork to hopefully get a grievance upon them. Chuck made it aware he works with the grievance department and had some position in the Lansing department. Trying to flex his law muscles in my opinion. When they said they did not set the court date. They came up with all kind of excuses. This firm was unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. They ended hurting my case more then helping. My partner is working with Michael Kroncrite a former employee of the Kronzek firm. He was apauled when I mistakenly said he and Chuck were similar. Cronkrite did not recommend the Kronzek firm. I chose them from their marketing and realized that is all they were good for on my case.

Dangerous attorneys, presumably out to prolong the family law fights as long as possible. If you challenge them, like any normal human being would, considering you're paying tens of thousands or more, and your children lives are on the line, these are all reasonable expectations. If you disagree with them, or challenge them, they will fraudulently drop you mid case, and take your entire retainer with them, and over charge you for everything in between as retaliation. Indefinitely the most dangerous and unprofessional firm I've paid/dealt with. Careful who you do business with in Michigan...

This firm is nothing but liars. I decided not to want to be responsible for an ex-girlfriends attorney bills cause she also lied to me. And when I called them to I no longer wanted to be responsible for their over priced fee's. They to me i was still. Now they are trying to sue. This is one of the most crooked firms I have ever seen. Stay away from them.

It toon 9 months for them to get one court signed document and cost nearly $10,000. Run away from this firm. They had billing issues, which I pointed out immediately and repeatedly and not only was it never fixed I was told it didn't matter. When my lawyer took another job nobody told me, including my lawyer, so I spent weeks messaging them with zero response. Then they wanted me to switch to another lawyer within the firm, 3 days after that they said they wanted me to sign a release because of my lack of communication 😂 One week after making a payment I get a call saying I have to pay in full and I had already setup a payment plan. They completely denied that that occurred, lucky for me I record phone conversations. Pretty sad to have to pay so much for them doing practically nothing and dropping the case literally a month before court so that I not only have to make payments to them for work they certainly didn't earn, but also to another law firm to actually process the case that I paid a large sum for them to review then drop. VERY unsatisfied with the firm. Do yourself a favor and just start out by hiring a better one.
