Kyle got our kids back! Our children got taken because an attorney wrote a motion for child removal and a judge signed off on it. Kyle was on top of filing the necessary motions to set everything straight. As soon as we hired him, things got moving and within little time, our children were back in our care and our sole custody, 'removal petition' DISMISSED. We are free people now. Thanks to this firm, and specifically Kyle. With his caring heart and diligent work, he was an absolute godsend to us.

I contacted The Kronzek Firm and had a conciliation with attorney Rebecca Kerr. She patiently listened to my concerns, took the time to understand my goals to protect my child. Once I showed documentation and proofs of my concerns she proceeded with the case. About five months later I was awarded every relief I requested. Where to even begin. I was charged with some serious allegations which if found guilty, the mandatory minimum would have been 25 years. I started with a court appointed lawyer who I felt wasn’t representing me the best way possible. So a month before trial, we hired John English of the Kroznek firm. John was extremely professional and took the case on and quickly caught up to speed, filing more motions and objections in one month than my court appointed had in 6 months. Most of the objections to the motions that he filed weren’t sustained, or, if we had one to actually go through it was denied at a later date. But, John English never gave up hope. He never told me anything he didn’t believe nor did he tell me anything just because he thought I wanted to hear it. Through a grueling 4 day trial, and jury deliberations for 3-4 hours, the verdict came back. NOT GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES. On a previous meeting with John, I had a black and pink striped tie. He told me that was a cool tie, and I told him if we won it was his. So after the verdict was in, the tie came off. I wasn’t even out of the court room yet. When I came home after the verdict my youngest daughter was in tears and said, “Yay! Now I get to have my dad for my birthday!!” Her birthday is next week, and we are forever grateful and thankful to people like John who will bust his tail for his clients.
