I met with Craig and he filled me full of hopes and promises for my divorce/custody case. He promised to be aggressive and fight for what I wanted. That sounded great until it came time to actually work. Yeah he filed the paperwork and stuff but rarely ever contacted me about things, when it came down to court he pressured me to just go with the flow rather that fight for what I want becuse fighting was extra work. Then he didn’t even show up to my divorce hearing. He left for vacation and his substitute attorney didn’t show up either so I ended up looking like a fool in court with no representation having not seen the order of divorce till the day of the hearing and I had to revise it and make changes myself. Really wish I didn’t waste all that money on his family vacation. I feel completly disappointed and scammed.

Craig successfully defended me in court on a PPO. He was able to argue out bad evidence and present a good case of false accusations against me.

Just like the title says Craig Davis is the the go to guy in Michigan. Unfortunately for me it took a lot longer than most to grow up. But Craig was there to help. In my 2nd dui case he help get restitution drop down from $100,000 dollars to almost nothing !! And my 3rd dui kept me out of prison and is going to have my license back in 45 days. There is nothing scarier than facing any kind of criminal charge. And Craig was there as not only a attorney but a friend to calm me down. I had a situation where we were investigated for serious child abuse charges (my ex-spouse and I). I love my children tremendously and would never hurt them. I believed it had been my ex and Mr. Davis believed in me. In the end, I did not lose custody of my child and my husband went to jail. CPS tried desparately to claim it was both of us but Mr. Davis was never afraid to put them in their place. He is great.

This man helped with my criminal defense and was able to get charges dropped. He also made the services affordable. He worked with me on doable payment terms, everyone else i tried wanted the entire thing up front which i just didn't have. I highly recommend him, he is a very caring man and knows his stuff.

A great attorney is hard to come by. This attorney was not someone that took my case right away. He said "I came into this business to help people and not just make money. I don't want to take your money if it turns out I can't help you on this case". He asked to research my situation a little bit and gave me a call back a few hours later. I really respected that because most attorney's would jump at the chance to get money for the case before figuring out they couldn't help me. As it turns out, he was able to help me with getting my driver's license back. Sometimes I would wonder if he was working on the case but he would return my call with an update, even if I called at 9pm. He was always there when I needed to talk and I can assure you that he never stops working for you.

This attorney has really done some awesome work. He did the most important part and kept my family together. He is aggressive and really has a heart for his clients. I felt with him being a family man, he really related to my case and never gave up. I highly recommend him for any custody case , especially involving CPS. And one thing that really shows that he is a great person and not just a great attorney is that he worked with me on making the legal fee's affordable. He allows payment plans that fit within a normal human's budget, where everywhere else wanted a substantial amount of money down if not all of it. I have a great paying job but like most people I don't have a lot of wiggle room in my budget. I am very thankful for this attorney

I had charges for a 3rd offense OWI. Normally you loose your license but I was able to keep my license (which is good since I drive truck for a living) and Craig was able to get the charges dismissed. Really great attorney.

This wonderful attorney took my cps case when everyone else turned me down. He never once treated me like he was superior or like I was scum because the school called CPS on me, he was respectful and treated me like a human being. He was not afraid to go toe to toe with the CPS workers that were constantly hounding me and thanks to him, I have my children back. I may not have gone to him before contacting other attorney's but that was a great mistake because he should be the first lawyer you contact.
