I went through my child custody case with open eyes believing that the courts would see the truth, but I was wrong. As a college graduate and current masters student I thought I could handle this on my own. I tried everything I could, filed motions, co-parented, begged for explanations and I got nothing. I felt lost, stressed, helpless, alone and backed into a corner. So after a heartbreaking moment I finally decided to seek help and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. When I met Stephanie she changed everything for me. She helped me in ways I never thought was possible going above and beyond what I ever expected a lawyer to do in order help me feel safe. Although I'm still in the process of my case I can say with an open heart and clear mind that having her assistance has changed my life. She puts my daughter first and I will be forever grateful for that. For the first time since this whole court mess started I finally feel like I can breath again and it's amazing. I would highly suggest this brilliant woman to anyone. So if you're considering getting a lawyer, or considering this firm...do it. They will absolutely help you in any way they can. I know they did for me.

The only reason I am giving a 2 star and not a 1 is. I can not place blame on everyone in the firm for the incompetency of 1 attorney. My experience working with Mr. English was very draining. After retaining his services and paying in full at the first consultation. There was no communication on his behalf. 2 business days before my first court date and after not hearing anything from him, I decided to call and find out how this was going to go. When I finally reached him via phone. He told that I needed to relax and we don't want to rush the courts. I then advised him that court was on Monday. This phone call was on Thursday afternoon just a few days before court. So I didn't feel I was out of line calling and asking my attorney that I paid THOUSANDS for advice how this was going to go. Once I brought it to his attention that court was on Monday morning, he immediately put me on hold and came back on the line with. I can not be at your court date Monday. The question I ask myself right then. What if I would not have contacted him that day. Would I have been standing in court Monday morning with no attorney. Luckily there was another person from the firm that did show up for me Monday. Stephanie Service was there for me and I wish I could have worked with her from day 1. She is very helpful and informative. She is the only reason I am not giving a 1star. There were many other problems with Mr.English all the way through to my sentencing. I hate to say this. But I feel I should have saved the money and went with the court appointed attorney. Or I should have retained Stephanie Service. I do not hold the entire firm responsible for 1 attorney. I should have done more research on who I was hiring before I did.

Never having any contact with the judicial system, CPS threatening to permanently remove our children from us was quite scary. I hired Brandy to represent us through this process. Brandy was great answering any questions we had. If there was anything that I needed I could call or email her assistant and get an answer right away. I was a little apprehensive about communicating through an assistant and not the attorney directly, however Brandy and her assistant always communicated extremely well. Brandy explained everything to us as we went along and let us know what to expect or not to expect. My favorite thing about Brandy was that she often showed up to the courthouse before we did. I think my wife appreciated this the most. Because she showed up early this helped us stay calm and focused on our case. She helped us get our kids back home as fast as possible. I will definitely recommend her to others and hopefully I never will need her services again but if I do she will be my first call!

Hated dealing with this Firm !!!! I wouldn't work with this firm. Had nothing but issues that wasn't able to be worked out... lost confidence. Typical I'm a lawyer attitude...

This firm is very expensive. They bill for every second of time. All phone calls, reading of emails, mileage, reviews or anything that requires their time. They also bill the time it takes to speak with you about the charges. One must also consider that this is a firm and that you may not always be represented by the same attorney. They can at their discretion send another member of the firm to represent you. In our case a court appointed attorney came in to represent another party in the same case and accomplished in two days what we had spent months to try to accomplish.

I know this is supposed to be a rate and review but I want to thank you and your firm instead for everything you have done for me and my family. Thank you for doing something 2 other law firm said were impossible, Thank you for giving me my life back, Thank you for all your hard work. We pray for success for both your family and law firm. Although we will never need your services again, we will recommend you and your firm to anyone who may. I will always be grateful. Thank you again Stephanie Service for helping us end this nightmare.

Nobody really ever wants to navigate through the court system to resolve a family dispute. Or pay the expense of doing so. Sometimes it's just necessary. I made the decision to bite the bullet and hire a good attorney rather than a budget attorney. I have no regrets. Chuck Kronzek is an excellent and experienced attorney who is well respected by his peers, as well as judges. That goes a long way in achieving success. We went on a very long and extremely frustrating journey to accomplish what we set out to do. My legal counsel definitely "counseled" me along the way. But always left the decisions up to me. My phone calls and emails were always returned within hours. He and his paralegal Kim, always made me feel like a high priority. Top notch professionals

I worked with Stephanie Service on my case with CPS and the Macomb County Police dept. She was phenomenal throughout the entire process. Honestly, I was very scared being innocent and having to feel like a criminal. This was my first time dealing with such situation and was in a panic. She was very informative, kept me in the loop, and was very understanding of my situation. Also, she didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't feel comfortable with and gave me very wise advice.
