I was referred to the Alane Family Law firm by a coworker who had hired Natalie Alane for his divorce. He had very good things to say about her as a lawyer and her team. At the time I was in desperate need of representation to make sure I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. I called their office and was able to set up a meeting very quickly. I met with Eric Lore and we went over my situation. They agreed to take my case and started me through their process. I was impressed with their records keeping system and was able to either bring them documents or from my home, upload them to a server. It was very neat, organized, and easy to use. I worked almost exclusively with Mr. Lore on my case, and Kate Tooman as well. At first I was a little concerned since their names aren't on the front door, but I quickly had any fears pushed aside. Mr. Lore more than proved to be well versed in all the facets of family law and the divorce process. He walked me through each step and process, and was there with me before, during, and after every meeting. Eric Lore and his team excelled at communication. They made sure I understood what was going on, and what my options were. They were prompt in replying to emails and correspondence. In the hand full of "emergency" situations, Mr. Lore called me back and helped me navigate the situation. I felt through the whole process that Mr. Lore and his team were behind me 100%. Mr. Lore has been handling my custody case for nearly 2 1/2 years and it has been an entirely positive experience.
