I Called Steven Howard for a question about some legal advice in regards to my situation and he offered me great advice including on who I should contact. He took time out of his day to explain how things work. I definitely would recommend this guy because he cares.

I called down the Google list at 3 am and Steve was the first responder. Fifteen hours before we called the police and reported our child kidnapped by my mother in law. The police said before we make a full report try to locate her and get your son back. The officer said use caution. At 10 pm we called back and said they're nowhere to be found and continued the report. The last effort was the officer called my mother in law to bring the child in. She contacted the officer shorty after, about 1 am, and said the child is in danger at home. The officer called us back and said dhs wants to set up am interview before we get our child back. That's when I decided we needed to team with an attorney. Steve answered and calmly listened to our situation. Steve assured me that we will not talk to dhs until he was present even if it was in the moments to come. He was available on notice, even at 4 am. Talking to Steve for more than 30 minutes,for free, we were able to move forward with confidence. At 5 am dhs called us for in interview at the shertifs dept. As instructed by Steve we stated that the only thing we have to say there wasn't an issue in the home until 17 hours after we began a kidnapping report and that we are glad to come down and talk with our attorney and bring our child home. The dhs officer said I'll call your right back i am making a game plan. A few mins later the dhs officer called back and said no need to bring your attorney, come down and get your child. Steve freely gave us a foundation along with a sense of security that we were protected, which is a feeling that is more valuable than the money we were willing to spend.

Hired Mr. Howard to represent me, did a great job getting them (the county) off my back. He did that wonderfully and don't even have to go back to court. Wind it up though the mail. Thank you, Mr. Howard. Ever need representing again I will look you up!

Steve was brought into my case by my criminal defense attorney as an expert. Steve's expertise and aggressive rebuke of a District Attorney resulted in my criminal charges being dropped...flat out! This was a self-defense justified shooting case and without Steve, I'd have been facing MANY years! I consider Steve a very good friend since meeting him and we still regularly communicate.

I consulted with Mr. Howard about a gun case. He really knows his stuff and is highly recommended. He explained how the law works in the circumstances I was working with and offered great suggestions.

I contacted Steve Howard as I needed a lawyer to represent me for a speeding ticket given to me as my car skid off the road. Since, the location of the incident was too far from Mr. Howard, he wasn't able to take my case. However, I decided to write this feedback for what he did help me with. Another lawyer may not have done the same knowing that I am not a potential client. When I called Mr. Howard, he was driving, so said he will call back in around 20 minutes, which he did. That itself tells you how prompt he is not only in returning calls but within the timeframe he specified. Since, Mr. Howard wasn't able to take my case (because of the location), I asked for a referral. Mr. Howard did not know anyone straight off the book but said he will check and to call him back the next day. However, he called me the very day with a name of a lawyer. Another lawyer may of checked but at his/her convenience. More so would have waited for me to call back to give me that information. When lawyers take these initiatives, it speaks volumes as you then know this is a person who will work with his clients not only at a business level but at a personal level; considerate and understanding. Even though Mr. Howard said the location of the incident is too far from him (more than a 150 miles), but based on his replies to my questions and the way he spoke, I still asked if he could take my case. Thank you Steve.

He was very respectable, always returned my phone calls. Even with my extensive driving record he was able to get a five over ticket knocked down to something with out points. I would defiantly recommenced him to anyone.
