I phoned Mr. Grabel earlier this week for advice. I have an ongoing legal issue in which I feel I am being grossly underrepresented. In truth, my entire case has been compromised due to the inefficacy of my (paid) counsel. The experience has me soured in regard to attorneys, and I was hesitant tocall another one, if even just for advice. I filled out the online request, and received an email response almost immediately. I called the number in the email, and it was Scott Grabel himself....not an automated message, voicemail or an operator, but the actual person! I can't remember the last time this has happened. He proceeded to spend well over an hour on the phone with me offering advice, options, information, resources and even shared contacts and names of people that he thought would be helpful to my situation. He was honest....no "sugar coating", which is SO refreshing. In short, Scott renewed/revived my faith that there is such a thing as good counsel...that there are a few lawyers left in this world who choose to practice law because they are truly passionate about it. I will be calling him again very soon. This time it will be to retain his firm.
