Awesome attoney and worth EVERY penny. Offered a retainer fee and the balance by court processes. Whereas many want ridiculous fees up front and can't deliver half of the out come as Mr. Upshaw. He DOESN'T forget that you and defendant are people too. HOWEVER, I DID APPRECIATE THE STEARN TALK TO MY SO WITH NO SUGAR COATING! WHICH WAS THE MOMENT MY SON BEGAN TO REALIZE THAT IT WASN'T WISE TO DO WHAT HE DID AND THE POSITION HE PUT ME IN FINANCIALLY AND... PLEASED WITH OUTCOME. MR. UPSHAW KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING AND I HAD NO DOUBTS. REFERRED TO OTHERS AS HE WAS REFERRED TO ME. OFFICE ASSITANT IS GREAT AND HELPFUL AS WELL.
