John handled my case fantastically. He explained the process Thoroughly and help keep my anxiety to a minimum. Everything played out as he had explained it would and there were no surprises in the process. Highly would recommend him!!!

Mr Hilla was very helpful in helping me through the Bankruptcy process as I was going through a divorce and it had me in a bad financial situation. Mr. Menders and Nina are great people to work with! Nina is always willing help answer a quick question and if she needs to find out the answer she gets right back to you. My experience with the Menders Family Law Firm was nothing but phenomenal. From the moment I walked in there I was greeted by Nina who made me feel at ease by her Pleasant demeanor. When I had my consultation with Robert Menders I was so blown away by his professionalism and telling me what could happen and what couldn't happen and what to expect that I put my deposit down immediately. The day of court I watched an attorney who was very ill prepared and in my opinion did not serve his client right yet eaten up by the judge. When my turn came up my attorney was well-prepared and to make a long story short I was only at that Podium for about 30 seconds before I had my judgement which was a win for me and my lawyer thank you again.

John was excellent to work with during my 5.5 year (successfully discharged!) chapter 13. I had multiple plan modifications, but John handled each one, answering all of my questions, and greatly reducing my stress level. He was always honest and upfront about my options, outlining how each could affect the success of my plan. He was not afraid to push back on the trustee when needed, which helped a great deal. During the case, he remained in communication, performing a case audit twice a year to make sure everything was on track. Overall, the Chapter 13 case was financially difficult to get through; however, John made the process as painless as possible dealing with the court & trustees. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about Chapter 7/13.
