Only saw Mr Prain's opening statement was very detailed and knew his facts. Case was dismissed. Mr Prain's would be my choice for legal representative from a juror's prospective.

Brain saved my life. I was accused of assaulting a girl who was a minor and I had NEVER EVER touched her. Brian fought for me and I was found not guilty by jury. He is by far the best lawyer I have ever used and he knew every detail of my case by memory. When I was in jail he came to visit several times and we would spend hours going over my situation. He put his heart into my case and for the first time in my life I felt I had a lawyer who truly cared what happened to me. When your in jail fighting a case there is nothing worse then having a lawyer who won't get ahold of you. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM. He was there when I needed him. If you want someone who will put everything they have into fighting for you Brian Is the one for you. He even did a very good job of dealing with my wife who can be very hard to deal with at times. In the beginning I filed for divorce and 8 days later was slapped with a ppo. Bob got me a quick court date and helped me prove my ex was lying about the ppo. I was then allowed back in my house. Next I was slapped with endangering the children and old accusations that where already taken care of in the ppo. He had 10 pages of stuff thrown out and I gained 2 extra days from my ex to make it 50 50. He was calm and collective during this motion until he had to turn into the guard dog he can be. He will make sure your rights are heard even if they don't want to hear them. He told me eventually my ex would transfer I to someone different after she kept losing and sure enough she backed off and I got everything I wanted out of my divorce. Bob is the type of guy who is like a great chess player and thinks 5 moves ahead to set up the other party. Make them think they are winning when they are actually digging a hole for themselves. I would go back to Bob and I have a friend already using his services. Best lawyer for the job as in 5 motions I won them all. Thanks Bob

I had run into an unfortunate circumstance with airport security and Brian represented me spectacularly. I can confidently say that if you choose Brian, he will not let you down. Not only did he provide me with a thorough insight as to how my case would proceed, he was always available if I had any questions and i found that to be incredibly professional.

I couldn't have asked for a better attorney than Brian. I was falsely accused of a felony crime. Right from the start he believed in me and immediately started working on my case. He game planned through every step and aggressively worked to prove my innocence. Even a judge told him he was doing an excellent job for his client. He was consistently more prepared than the prosecutors ever were. After 11 months of playing the judicial game, our case was dismissed. Simply put, Brian is a savvy lawyer and a forthright, amazing person. I referred a dear friend of mine to him for after he was accused of domestic assault. Case dismissed!!! I hired attorney brian prain after a long research of lawyers in the metro detroit area and after what i remember to be 6 phone calls to other top lawyers around the area, none of them stood out like brian prain. After the phone call with him i knew right away this was my best chance to get the best possible result out of my horrible situation. I was facing up to five years for a third offense domestic violence with petty allegations but being taken so very serious. I know in my heart that the allegations and the statment agenst me were beefed up and for the most part untrue and made up.. No one beleived me but myself and brian prian.. Long story short after a couple sit downs with brian and letting him do his hard work we went to court one time, he walk in to the prosectutors office twenty heart pumping minutes later walked out calm as could be and said so casually "Case dismissed".... 30 minutes and some paperwork later i was standing outside the court with a peice of paper that said charges dismissed, bond money to be refunded and i can finally return back into my house that I own thats in my name only yet i had not been able to step foot into for the past 40 days... 3 months later im still a free man writing this review... Brian Prain is my only recomendation for anybody in a situation of a assultive case.. Thank you Brian!! Justice served!!!
