We had a great experience working with Jason Wapiennik, PLC for our estate planning! He was able to work with us to accommodate our schedules and made sure we were able to finalize our documents during the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the stay-at-home order, he was able to meet with us virtually, walk us through everything that was required of us, and made everything easy to understand. The whole process was seamless and we were very satisfied with the services provided!

Jason and his team made the process of my legal paperwork as easy and pleasant as possible. Prompt and responsive with complete information or a timeline of when the issue would most likely be resolved. Communication was always timely whether email phone or video call during the New Day with Covid 19. Highly recommend.

I found Mr. McCann online from reading reviews and I’m thankful I did! From my first phone conversation I could tell Wade was the guy. He listened to everything I had to say about the case and from there I knew he was going to be in my best interest. Wade fought for me. He went above and beyond. Jason was exceptional! We contacted him because we needed a trust drawn up before a trip. He had it done and we signed and sealed it within a week. He answered quickly both by phone and email and did exactly what he said he would do. Would definitely recommend him.
