He was transparent with pricing, professional in his written and verbal responses and importantly produced the estate plan in a timely manner. We asked a lot of questions and he was comprehensive and patient with us as we did our best to understand the complexities involved. The entire process was seamless. At the signing of documents, he took his time with us and walked us through the documents and answered additional questions.
