This is the most solid Law firm that has ever served this area. I am more than impressed by the leadership and guidance of Blake and his team than I or anyone could expect . Sam Cermak is a force to be reckon with on all fronts and is a gift to anyone needing her help. It is quite literally the complete package and worth every dollar.

Never got a call back

I hired her to do a partition law suit on land, she told me we couldn't do it after I retained her. She did some minor research including her FB research, which I couldn't believe then asks for more money to continue. We get to court and the judge told her we had to file a partition suit. She said she would not charge me, well she didn't because she came back and told me again we couldn't file one, after the judge told her to. She said the judge made a mistake and she couldnt file one. Then she was having conversations with the defendant without my knowledge. It was the biggest waste of money and the worst legal advice ever!! I would not recommend this firm, obviously this attorney needed oversight and just failed miserably!

Blake is very knowledgeable and professional and we plan on using his expertise again on other legal matters.

It was incredibly difficult to find an attorney I was happy with after the one I had used for years retired to be the counties PA. The area I reside in does not have nearly any attorneys that practice family law with their priorities where they should be during what is often the hardest times of peoples lives. Often times I've seen the kids in the matters come second to the rights of their parents and attorneys allow this in the name of their clients best interests. Blake did not do that. He was also knowledgeable and kind. He tried to find solutions to nearly every issue that came up even if they were unresolvable outside of his control. Id recommend him for family law to anyone. He has a moral compass that makes him great for the practice of law and I'm glad he is in our area.
