James Nguyen is a person that the JAFFE DEFENSE TEAM HAS NEVER AND WILL NEVER REPRESENT. Once again, James Nguyen is not a client of any of the lawyers at JAFFE DEFENSE TEAM. Please disregard his negative post. Once again, PLEASE DISREGARD any review or TROLLING from Jim Nguyen. Not only is he not our client, but we successfully Sued him in connection with a case that he is ranting about. OBVIOUSLY he is cranky because he lost. thank you! What can i say about this firm? Jack Jaffe is a diligent attorney who handled my child support reduction case. He likes to meet with his clients and puts in the work to achieve the results. I would meet with him almost every week before my case was heard in Oakland Family Court to go over the details and he did not charge me any more money for the time he would call me in to prep. Hands down he is an amazing attorney that produced results for me!!

I can honostely say he took my case and studied every piece of information including transcripts and was very knowledgeable with his defense strategy. No a biller for every hour he spends time with you but rather meets and offers real solutions to the case at hand. Brent Jaffe represented a family member charged with armed robbery and not only saving this person from YEARS in prison, he took on our case deep into the court process. We were a mess at that point, so I'll be forever grateful for the outcome. He had NO problem with the money issues I was having and before I was even able to ask about payment arrangements he suggested it himself. I didn't have any issues with communication ( even with the current covid crisis) I do realize now, that I've called him during times people are generally having family time and he STILL would respond. This law firm is simply amazing. Brent is a for you lawyer who does not give up. He communicates very well and puts his all into every case... Big or small. I contacted Brent on April 24th funny its both of our Birthdays! Same age too, If thats not a sign. Immediately I was comfortable and set at such ease. I will say he is funny too! Very easy to talk with and to TRUST. He was on top of my 2 pending cases over 4 yrs old both with out standing WARRANTS in one DAY. Im serious one day later he called me and they were lifted. Both of them. One of my cases was quite serious a violation of probation and abscondeing. I lived in fear of this many years. And in ONE DAY IT ALL DISAPPEARED. Im still kinda in awe because today we had zoom court and all that was given is my fine with a year to pay. Brent was in constant contact and as much as i was freaking out he always calmed me down. To say he does his job is a true understatement. He goes over and beyond. He comes to your house too if needed. He listens (and trust me i know i have annoyed this man) he takes it like a champ. He gave my Daughter her MOTHER. Im like sure this would have went way worse with anyone else. My next case will be a breeze. Next mo im not even worried about it. Tho im sure il be freaking out again and there he will be. The SOLID ROCK HE IS.
