After my son's passing CPS was out to terminate my rights to my daughter under false claims that due to my history they were led to believe that I was responsible and had failed to return Liliana after we completed court ordered services with end goal being reunification so I met with Mr Jeffy filled him took him on as my attorney and started demanding my daughter's return not only until then did they proceed to try to charge me with involuntary manslaughter with no evidence that I had done so other than the theory of a detective and a prosecutor once after seeing the facts Mr jaffe was very committed to get me Justice my daughter is safely returned and the homicide charges were dropped so not only did he save my daughter from growing up in foster care he also saved me from going to prison that making them stick to the facts and stayed away from theory and assumption holding them to the facts Mr Jeffy showed empathy and concern for my family's well-being also gave me excellent advice on how to move forward I would highly recommend Mr Jeffy based off his empathy and willingness to find Justice and hold others accountable Thanks for everything working with me on the money also being very understanding to my concerns and needs
