I live in Virginia and while I was on vacation in Michigan, I received a ticket for fishing without a fishing license. I had no idea this was a misdemeanor. Luckily I discovered Tim Williams website and reached out to him for his help. Tim gave me great advice and handled everything for me while I was back home in VA. Whenever I contacted Tim he responded back to me right away. Whether it was by phone, email or text messages. He made me feel at ease that everything would be okay while I was miles away. Most importantly, Mr. Williams got that misdemeanor off my record. I highly recommend his services. Thank you Tim!!!

I contacted Tim Williams regarding an automobile accident. He called me back and offered to assist me. I got a bad feeling when he basically explained to me that he wasn't really sure how to plea bargain. He encouraged me to accept the original charges; unbeknownst to him or I that there was a mandatory suspension of my driver's license. This would have resulted in the loss of my job, which I had had for 10 years. When I found this out, I contacted Mr. Williams. He seemed nonchalant about the situation and unable to help. I contacted another attorney in the area; and this new attorney worked out an arrangement with the Prosecuting attorney that would've allowed me to keep my license and my job. The outcome was not optimal; and perhaps if I had gone to this other attorney first, I may have gotten an even better deal. Outraged, I sent Mr. Williams a letter requesting a refund of his services. He never responded. Several friends and family members said that he should be disbarred. If you have hundreds of dollars that you wish to flush down the toilet, by all means see Timothy Williams. If not, I suggest you hire a more competent attorney.

Tim is honest, hard working and very upfront. He always gets back to me right away.

My Williams is representing me in family court. First I would like to say. I am very skeptical and "pessimistic" at times. I was thinking I was not getting a fair shake in court.
