Mr Dyer was hired by my wife's siblings to draft a contract for the private sale of an inherited property. He was given an original PA from the buyer along with a more complete offer form which I drafted (I have been a licensed broker since 2001). He then proceeded to indicate to her siblings that their ability to sell the property may be impaired due to a previous agent's protection period even though the agent had never shown or discussed the property with the prospective buyer. Three weeks (+) later there is still no contract. This man has given poor advice to my wife's siblings and dragged the process out, I presume, to pad his billable hours. He may be a good litigator but he is a lousy real estate attorney.
