Jason ran his Butt off on day of Pre Trial to plea a deal with prosecutors from 9am to 12pm on my behalf while I was in courthouse. He rot me informed and was honest about the possible outcome. This guy gets results! He is creative in his approach. He cares about you personally. Takes cases a challenge not just a paycheck. I got very lucky that he was appointed to me because I don't think I could have done better with any amount of money I paid to hire an attorney. He really showed up in the court room to fight for me any way he could think of!

We did our bankruptcy through Jason and he kept us completely in the loop and answered all calls in a timely fashion. He made it feel like there were no bad questions. He was just great to work with.

Throughout my legal process Jason was very helpful. He did a great job explaining everything as it come up. He did a wonderful job representing me, and made my legal process less stressful. Hopefully I never need a lawyer again but if I do I know who call.

Rebecca Hicks is the worst so called professional I've ever dealt with. EVER. She agreed to take my case then took my money and disappeared. After several MONTHS of not one returned phone call (her assistant always had an excuse why she was unavailable to talk) I just showed up and demanded a refund. My retainer was returned in full. I can't speak for any other lawyers that may be at this Legal Group but when it comes to Rebecca Hicks, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!

Rebecca Hicks is a joke. She was hired for a custody case and never did her job. She did not return any calls. Then asked to be removed from the case when I filed my own motion after 8 mo of not seeing my son.

I used Jason to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy for me. He worked very well with my husband and I, he knew what he was doing throughout the whole process. He kept us informed of what was going on, and made it a smooth process. I would use Mr. Kaczmarek for any other legal issues that may arise in my future.

I used Jason for my divorce and bankruptcy. I was very satisfied with his representation in my cases.
