My interactions with this firm twice since 2018 & 2022 representing the housing voucher process has been very disappointing 😔 no help with being homeless.

They're Professional, Compassionate they're like a family team that helps so many people..

Rude during mediation. Extremely disrespectful to one of the parties and didn’t give him a chance to speak. Interrupted and cut him off multiple times. She was patronizing and belittling the whole time. Seemed combative and even biased against fathers and chose not to even listen to any of the facts of the case but instead just assumed the mother was correct even though it was proven multiple times she was lying. Never seen a lawyer be so flat out unprofessional and handle a situation with so little class and tact. I guess if you want a shark who goes for the jugular and doesn’t actually care about facts then she would be great. She is more than happy to stick kids with a neglectful mother.

I’ve been with this program for over 10years now and it has gotten worse and worse from not answering the phone to the rude person behind the counter! No reply to emails no reply back from the worker the inspections are even getting bad I waited for my inspector from 10am-2pm he arrived at 3:12pm I have mold & mildew in the home I stay in I want to move and they will not accept the program I’m getting help from to purchase my first home! Everyone is rude doesn’t care if your paperwork is misplaced by one of h to ere workers they will blame you then send you a cutoff notice! I’m still waiting for an email back about rescheduling an inspection and transferring my voucher Nothing at all this is unfair completely

Four stars because they have such short business hours, but the woman at the front desk(I believe her name is Linda) deserves 5 stars. She is kind, informed, and efficient.
