I am absolutely appalled at the “meeting” I waited for today, after having had been referred by a colleague of hers. We met VIA ZOOM, she got a call and asked me to hold (for several minutes), then told me she was going to put me back in the waiting room and she’d be with me shortly. I held longer than the maybe 45-60 seconds she gave up her time to even bother with me. “I have far too many high conflict cases currently and the amount of emails I’ve received since last week, I haven’t even veen able to get to. I’m leaving Wednesday for 10 days. Good luck to you. Very disappointed and disheartening. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Don’t waste your time!!!!!!

I scheduled a consultation with Lori, where she immediately got to work looking through my case and discovered she was my mediator. Lori informed me that it made it impossible for her to work with me on subsequent issues connected to the previous case. Even though I wasn't able to retain her, she quickly referred me to another trusted colleague. The fact that she took my situation seriously...with compassion, not even as a paying client, spoke volumes of her as a professional in my book. She came highly rated, and I see why. Good luck dealing with them. Communication is terrible. Then they don’t send paperwork out that they need you to fill out, then send the letter that says you have until a certain date to appeal the decision, but that letter doesn’t come before the deadline. I’m beyond upset and haven’t been able to get a hold of anybody at all.

I have nothing but good things to say. Lori is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, caring and is very passionate. I had full confidence with her representing me.

Going on 3 years. My workers have been pretty good. Communication have been great. It's a two way street. They really have helped me. Just wish they was more available landlord's. The ones they have aren't the greatest. Now adays no one accept section 8. But The workers; at szajna 👌🏾 .

Horrible communication, I called and emailed multiple times no response. I was told I would get call back after speaking to someone and they have not called back. They don't reply to emails. I have submitted documents and had them approved and then was told they have to look into it. I had email proof and still was told they would have to get back with me. Then they stopped replying to emails and phone calls.

I have been through so much in the past few years and they have responded to me quickly, have been there to make sure my family was in a safe environment, and I truly appreciate how fast documents are sent to me. My life is so hectic, but I'm getting it together with their help. People have different experiences, but so far, mine has been great.
