While the service is fine and free, it is in dire need of updating! The website should be “live” with instant referrals. Your website is stuck in the dark ages.

I do not like that they charge $25 just to REFER you to a lawyer. In exchange, the lawyer will then provide you with a "free" 25 minute consulation. Well number 1, it is not free if I have to pay you first. Number 2, most lawyers provide a genuinely free 1 hour consultation, why pay $25/25 minutes. Sounds like a kick back to me.
