I lost my license to 2 DUI's in 2005 and 2006. Since then I moved out of state and got my life together. I contacted Mr. Randa's office after looking through many lawyers online. The staff at the office were extremely helpful and extremely professional. Never once did I call or email and not get a response. Any concerns or nerves I experience were addressed and really the process was as easy as could be. After 2 failed attempts to get ny license on my own my lawyer was able to successfully win my case and all driving rights were restored. After an 18 year long battle I wishninwould have hired them sooner!

Jeffrey Randa is great. They prepped me for everything, but you have to also put the work in. No matter what get a sponsor. I lost the first time and they was there the second for free, because they guarantee “if they don’t get you cleared to first time, they definitely will the second. Jeffrey Randa and associates are simply the best for drunk driving charges and license restoration efforts. They work from the perspective of sobriety first and this permeates through everything they do. I started working with them 4 years ago when I received my 2nd drunk driving charge. During our consultation when it became clear to them that I wanted to get and stay sober, they recommended trying for the sobriety court program which helped me in achieving long-term sobriety and being able to earn a restricted license so I could continue to work. I was able to complete the sobriety court program on time and after driving with my restricted license for a number of years (and remaining sober), I came back to them for assistant in applying for my full license. Once again, they approached it from the perspective of maintaining sobriety first. I was just approved for my full license and couldn't be happier! Being able to drive for personal reasons and without having to blow into a breath lock is good but more importantly knowing I have a long term plan to stay sober is just great. Mr. Randa and his staff were successful in getting me back on the road. My license had been revoked for years for past DUIs and Open Intox cases. When I started this journey I thought getting my license back was overwhelming. Such a huge hill to climb! I called the office and talked to Ann. Talking to her gave me confidence and put me in the right frame of mind. I thought, at that point, I would never drive again(legally anyway). So I went through the motions. I met with Tonya one of the lawyers and paid some money. Still I had doubts. I met with Kari and had my evaluation which went well I guess. The whole time I was thinking “how come nobody is calling me or asking me questions or anything”. I realize now that this whole process happens way before you ever see the hearing officer. After researching extensively for license restoration attorneys in Michigan I decided I wanted to find the best. I know I researched dozens of offices. This is where the Jeffrey Randa office came in. He wasnt even the closest or most convenient for me. I kept finding articles online from him and realized he had a GUARANTEE. I would only pay him once. Even so, I somewhat thought it was just words to get clients. WRONG! He does that because they screen their clients to a point that if he represents you at your hearing YOU WILL WIN. It's that simple. I won my license back. Call them up and explain your particular details. You MUST be honest. In turn they will honestly tell you your chances or how ready you are. He is a little more expensive than some others. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If you hire this office and they take your case you're getting your license back. I've been without one for 17 YEARS. I received a decision 6 days after my hearing and even as ready as I felt I was, I am still in shock that I finally have one again. In a day and age of sales gimmicks and smooth talking attorneys, it's very nice that an office like this still exists. It isnt just Jeff, his staff is just as good. I found myself in a situation where after an evening celebrating promotions of co-workers, I decided I was fine to drive 4 miles to my girlfriend's house. Unfortunately, I took a turn too sharp and ended up totalling my vehicle and spent a night in jail. It was a huge mistake and an embarrassment. I didn't know what to do. Everything I read online had me convinced I would be spending more time in jail, losing my license, and in turn I would lose custody of my children, lose my job, house and everything else. I was devastated. I started my search for "best DUI lawyer in Macomb County". Jeffrey Randa came up as one of the top lawyers. He was initially my second choice until I started reading his blogs. I was also spared from the embarrassment of being required to have an ignition lock on my family vehicle. I'd like to thank Jeffery Randa and especially his staff; Ann (who was always chill and made me feel relaxed), Tonya (whom I met with for my face-to-face consultation and wrote up the deviation), and Genevive (who expertly handled my case at the court and avoided going to trial by getting the deviation accepted the day of pre-trial).
