Professional, informative, thorough and friendly are just a few words to describe my first consult with Patrick Simasko to determine my first steps for my parent's Medicaid application. His legal advice was, surprisingly, not to hire him! He called himself, "the world's worst salesperson," after assessing my family's case and determining that we truly didn't need legal help. Now THAT is rare in this world, and says everything I need to know about Pat's character. He demonstrated that he was out for the best interest of his client. Kudos! I met with them in the office to discuss my fathers small estate. To me it felt like they did not want to be bothered with a small estate and I was wasting their time. Afterwards I called the office on several occasions, left messages that were never returned. Sorry I wasted my and their time. Yes, the estate was small but you did not have to give me the cold shoulder. If they did not want to take it on they could of been honest and upfront from the get go.

An exceptional law firm that delivered everything they promised. We met with James Simasko and his firm 6 years ago for estate planning for our Uncle who then needed assisted living. The Simasko staff set him up with will, trust and even helped him obtain a Veteran's pensipn benefit which we hadn't been aware of. This benefit has been the main reason our Uncle was able to meet the added costs pf assisted living, bringing him over $100,000 over this period. We are now settling our Uncle's estate and are happy to find each element of the estate is able to be rrsolved exactly as the Simasko firm had indicated with no fuss, no probate and no added expense. These folks are good.
