I have to say my experience with this law firm has been nothing but excellent & 5 stars!! James Simansko treats you like family! He is a very good lawyer & knows his stuff & knows many judges in Macomb County!! His assistant Angel I can't express how smart she is & very dedicated to James Simansko's clients! You won't be disappointed!! I would recommend hiring him for any court cases for probate court or making a will or criminal law cases or legal advice for your loved ones!! Professional, informative, thorough and friendly are just a few words to describe my first consult with Patrick Simasko to determine my first steps for my parent's Medicaid application. His legal advice was, surprisingly, not to hire him! He called himself, "the world's worst salesperson," after assessing my family's case and determining that we truly didn't need legal help. I met with them in the office to discuss my fathers small estate. To me it felt like they did not want to be bothered with a small estate and I was wasting their time. Afterwards I called the office on several occasions, left messages that were never returned. Sorry I wasted my and their time. Yes, the estate was small but you did not have to give me the cold shoulder. If they did not want to take it on they could of been honest and upfront from the get go.

He was able to help me out on a Sunday, and quickly outlined what needed to be done and next steps. Incredibly professional and responsive, he kept me in the loop on everything and was able to provide the advice I needed. Including some personal advice that was invaluable.
