David was a fantastic lawyer right from the start. All of his work was done very quickly and he was always prompt at returning communications. He truly cared whether The bankruptcy would be closed without me having to pay anything back. Definitely would recommend him to anyone in need of bankruptcy services.

Garrett was extremely helpful and walked me through the process of filing chapter 7. He answered all questions and was ALWAYS available rather it was through email, text, or phone calls. He continued to keep me updated and reminded of important dates such meetings with the creditors. I highly recommend David Garrett! Filing bankruptcy can be nerve racking especially if your attorney does not respond timely or answers only part of your question(s). If you select David you will be hiring a professional who cares and knows his business. He is very responsive and answered every question I had. I have no negative comments at all. He is very organized and explains your options in understandable terms. He evaluated my financial position and guided me through the required documentation and support. It was a tough time leading up to the decision to file but once I decided to move forward it was nice to have David in my corner.

Mr. Garrett was amazing! He helped walk me through the bankruptcy process with ease. He was very prompt at responding to my questions when they arose. I received more from him then I could of imagined. Even once the bankruptcy was discharged and I had question arise later he quickly responded and even assisted in taking care of the issue. David was prompt in returning every text, call or email.He was also reassuring that this is nothing to be ashamed of. Within a week of submitting information was issued a case number. And the court date was assigned immediately. All went smoothly. David is definitely well worth his fees!

Got money for the bankruptcy, and then never answered any of our questions. He never returned any email, and when you call him hes always on vacation and wants you to email. Very unprofessional for someone your paying a lot of money too.. He also looses your important paperwork. He could never find paperwork we sent to him numerous times. Best bet is to find someone that cares and is not just a money hungry person.
