He was fast, fair and efficient. I switched from a Sole Proprietor to a S Corp. Other colleagues told me it took their attorneys a month to do the required paperwork with the State of Michigan and IRS. It took Adam three days... I highly recommend him.

I contacted Adam over a year ago to assist me with processing some paperwork with the State of Michigan (SOM). What needed to be done was not an easy task. In fact, the SOM didn't even have documents or a process in place to submit what I needed done. Adam gave me a quote that was fair before we both learned what else was needed to ensure things were done correctly and in a timely bases. Even after learning all the extras that had to be done. Adam never increased his rate and stayed on top of the tasks at hand until it was completed. In addition, a year later Adam followed up with me to confirm I completed my annual license registration. This to me said a lot and earns a 5 star rating. Based on this experience I would recommend Adam.
